One cool day in June we went to the beach to celebrate Father's Day. After our picnic on the beach, the kids decided to play in the water using the bucket our food came in. One of the older kids, although a little dressed up, decided to join in on the fun and went right into the water too.
I have always loved to draw ever since I was a little girl, sitting in the kitchen with my mom showing me how to draw a train by making squares and circles. I've come a long way since then, graduating from crayons to colored pencils, pastels, oil pastels and even digital art. My favorite subjects are the people and places around me. I love capturing the everyday moments that seem so simple yet say so much. When you look at my artwork, I hope you will ee the beauty in the everyday as well.
